I am really looking forward to the weekend. on saturday after I knock out a quick race prep ride I will be heading up to watch the California 70.3. i know so many people racing i don't even know where to start. i can't wait to sit on the side of the run course and cheer for everybody. Good luck to every body toeing the line out there... stay warm!
then on sunday i get to race! ryan and i will be heading way out to alpine for the Sagebrush Safari, stop #3 on US MTB Cup. I really looking forward to racing... and especially because the course is so fun. I should be a little more rested then my last XC race out a Bonelli so it will be interesting to see how it goes.
one last thing... I will be racing at Sea Otter! So stoked about this. While hanging out with trevor and knocking back a couple of beers last weekend we tossed around the idea of a super quick trip to head up to Monterey and race. It's the 4th stop on the US MTB Cup Series and probably the biggest, if not the biggest, race in the country. So Ryan, Trevor, and I have committed and signed up. It will be a quick trip but I am sure the experience will be well worth it.
ok... a couple more things...
1. i am now on twitter... i tried to avoid it just like i did facebook, but just like facebook, I caved...
follow me... or don't.
2. i finally got around to posting on the beer blog. check it out: Stone Old Guardian Barley wine.

I'm going to watch too. Will probably be standing near the turnaround cone on the run - near the finish. Maybe we'll bump into each other.
